Bounce Teachers are supporting a successful and forward thinking Secondary School in Buckinghamshire. We are inviting applications from qualified English Teachers to join a high achieving department after the Easter break.
We are looking for someone who can inspire students across the age and ability range to achieve the best possible outcomes through receiving the highest quality teaching. The school boasts outstanding student outcomes with 81% of students achieving a grade 9–4 in August 2022 are consistently facilitated by the Department, which has been at the forefront of new initiatives across the school and integral to driving up results across all subjects.
The successful candidate will be expected to have the energy, drive and stamina to deliver English Language and Literature in an innovative way that will engage our students, as well as the desire to make English the most interesting subject to every student in the school and the belief that every student can do well in their classroom. The person appointed will be well supported through the schools teaching and learning coach, a well–established professional studies programme and through a comprehensive induction process, with bespoke CPD opportunities ranging from National Professional Qualifications support to supporting MA programmes.
