Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the needs of students at various proficiency levels.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
- Foster a love for literature and language by implementing creative and interactive teaching strategies.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback to students to support their progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective curriculum plans and assessments.
- Participate in professional development activities and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in English teaching.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching English to secondary school students is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Dedication to student success and a passion for education.
