Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Work collaboratively with other members of the department to develop schemes of work and resources
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and events
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience of teaching Religious Education to Key Stages 3 and 4
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching RE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Commitment to high standards of professionalism and to the safeguarding and welfare of students
