About the Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with diverse needs across various schools in Barnet. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Building positive relationships with students, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure a unified approach to student well-being.
  • Providing guidance and support to help students overcome behavioural challenges.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with behavioural needs.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments.
