Position: Behaviour Mentor

Role Overview:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and nurturing atmosphere for students in various SEN schools. Your primary focus will be on supporting children with SEN, helping them overcome behavioural challenges, and promoting a conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behaviour intervention plans.
  • Provide personalised support to students, utilising your skills to address individual behavioural needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture in line with the values of each school.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in different educational environments.
