About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with students who have SEMH needs, implementing effective behaviour management strategies, delivering targeted interventions, and providing personalised support.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs and behaviour management.
- Skills: Ability to deliver interventions and provide tailored support to individual students.
- Desirable Qualifications: Team Teach training and Paediatric First Aid certification are advantageous but not essential.
- Passion: A genuine commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
