Contract Type: Part-Time, Long-Term

Salary: £80-£100 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the SENCO.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student.
  • Monitor and record student progress, contributing to ongoing assessments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or SEN TA is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their educational development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs.
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training.
