Job Title: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)

Salary: £100-£110 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the SENCO.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student.
- Monitor and record student progress, contributing to ongoing assessments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or SEN TA is desirable.
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their educational development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs.
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training.
