Position: Behaviour Mentor

Role Overview: As a Behaviour Mentor with our agency, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and nurturing atmosphere for students in various SEN schools in Watford. Your primary focus will be on supporting children with SEN, addressing behavioural challenges, and fostering a conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behaviour intervention plans.
  • Offer personalised support to students, applying your skills to address individual behavioural needs.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom culture in alignment with the values of each school.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience working with children or young people with SEN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in various educational environments.
